  • September 2, 2019

What are your favorite summer fruits? The Pacific Northwest is a bounty for wild berries and fruit trees, and we’re inspired each year to make desserts, jams and more. This Arnold Palmer Blueberry Popsicle recipe is our tribute to the nearing end of summer, celebrating fresh, refreshing flavors that the season has to offer! We take the classic Arnold Palmer and infuse it with organic blueberries for a fun frozen treat that the whole family can enjoy.

Recipe: Arnold Palmer Blueberry Popsicle

  • 2 cups water
  • 5 tea bags black tea (we used Decaffeinated English Breakfast)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Steep tea bags in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes.
  3. While the water is still hot, stir in honey until dissolved, set aside to cool until ready to combine.
  4. Juice the lemons.
  5. In a blender, combine sweetened tea, blueberries, and lemon juice.
  6. Pour into popsicle
  7. Place popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze until solid.
    Makes around 10 popsicles.
