Recipe: Watermelon Mint Green Iced Tea

Dive into a delicious summertime refresher! Juicy watermelon and garden fresh mint take our Premium Japanese Green to the next level for a twist on a traditional Moroccan Mint green tea. So, pull up a lounge chair and catch some rays with this thirst-quenching, cheerful cooler.

Watermelon Mint Green Iced Tea

  • 4 tea bags Premium Japanese Green
  • 3 tbsp honey (or to taste)
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 small seedless watermelon
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 3 cups water
  • ice
  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Allow water to cool slightly, then steep tea bags for 3 minutes.
  3. While still hot, add honey and stir to dissolve.
  4. Once steeped, remove tea bags and add 1 cup of cool water. Set aside to continue cooling.
  5. In a blender, puree watermelon and mint until liquid. Set aside.
  6. In 10 oz glasses, add ice, fill half with tea, and top with watermelon puree.
  7. Garnish with mint and small slices of watermelon.
    Enjoy!Makes approximately four 10 oz servings or two 20 oz servings.
